A brief tribute to the "Young Guns" of the 21st Century, Murray Wilson, Tom Linwood and Trent McDermott - Control line fliers of the future.

1.  There's nothing better than seeing smiles on young peoples faces. Here we have young Trent McDermott and Murray Wilson battling it out at the Hunter Valley Championships at Muswellbrook NSW in 2016.

2.  The 2010 Dalby Nationals nearly didnt happen because of floods, however those of us who made it there had one of the best Nationals ever. Here is Murray, Tom & Trent with the Leadbeatter sisters, Kayla and Amy.

3.  Here we have Murray and Tom battling again at Frankston at the Victorian State Champs held at Easter. Check out the smiles.

4.  At the 2015 Nationals in Queensland three fathers had a rare experience on the podium with their sons. You could say it was Fathers Day. Graeme Wilson was battling cancer but had the time of his life when he an Murray from Vicotira beat their interstate rivals, the Linwoods & the McDermotts from NSW & Queensland.

5.  Tom Linwood is center marshall as Murray Wilson battles Mike Comiskey at the 2016 Hunter Valley Championships. The comaradarie continues beyond the flying circle at Muswellbrook as we all camp out on the field and catch up with each other in a pleasant rural NSW setting.

6. Ipswich Queensland at the Qld. State Championships is another place where our young guns catch up and fly control line against each other, all in battle to qualify for the World Champs Team. However in this photo we were flying Vintage Combat and this was the podium. Tom 1st, Warren 2nd & Murray 3rd.(2013)
